Kim Jennings is a seasoned healthcare executive and CEO of Woulton Consulting Group, specializing in strategic planning, accreditation, operational efficiency, and healthcare facility development. With extensive experience in business development, physician recruitment, and compliance, she partners with hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs), and medical practices to optimize operations, secure accreditations, and drive financial performance.

Throughout her career, Kim has led multi-site ASC and hospital operations, overseeing due diligence, construction planning, and accreditation preparation for Joint Commission, AAAHC, and AAAASF. She has served as interim CEO for multiple facilities, restructuring inventory management, improving financial oversight, and implementing cost-saving measures. Her ability to streamline workflows and introduce Lean Six Sigma methodologies has resulted in increased efficiency and compliance.

Kim has successfully guided organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and de novo projects, developing long-term growth strategies for hospitals, ASCs, and physician groups. She has implemented new service lines in orthopedics, gynecology, general surgery, gastroenterology, and cardiovascular services, expanding patient care options and increasing revenue streams.

Her expertise in contract negotiations, revenue cycle management, and supply chain optimization has significantly improved financial performance across multiple healthcare organizations. She has played a key role in renegotiating vendor contracts, restructuring materials management, and implementing high-level sterilization protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Kim has led large-scale facility design and construction projects, collaborating with architects and investors to develop functional space plans that meet the evolving needs of healthcare facilities. She has also worked internationally, overseeing hospital development, accreditation preparation, and investor relations for global healthcare initiatives.

With a background in executive leadership, compliance, and financial management, Kim has held CEO, COO, and CAO roles, consistently delivering successful accreditation results and operational improvements. She holds Lean Six Sigma certifications and has extensive experience with EMR systems including Nextgen, Epic, AllScripts, gGastro, and Cerner.
